Job Summary

This Senior Specialist Planner role involves the comprehensive planning and project management of technical systems for cleanroom, production, and laboratory buildings, primarily within the high-tech and life science sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing fire extinguishing system concepts, with a focus on sprinkler and water-based systems, as well as gas extinguishing technology. Day-to-day tasks include creating schematic drawings, coordinating with various stakeholders, preparing cost estimates, and managing project timelines. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in building or energy technology, extensive experience in complex technical building equipment (TGA) planning, and excellent knowledge of fire extinguishing systems.
