The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and building data-driven reporting systems essential for strategic and operational decision-making. Key day-to-day activities include conducting business process analyses to identify optimization potential in customer communication, acting as a strategic interface between specialist departments, developers, and testing teams, and providing future-oriented technical concepts and concrete recommendations for management. This position requires strong analytical skills, experience in BI/Reporting projects, and the ability to clearly communicate complex matters to both technical teams and management, ensuring seamless integration of new and existing systems through detailed deviation and plausibility analyses.
