Job Summary

This role involves providing essential IT support and infrastructure management within a modern healthcare environment specializing in gynecological, oncological, and orthopedic rehabilitation. The core responsibilities include delivering high-quality Customer Service through First- and Second-Level Support, managing system and specialized application software, and actively participating in digitalization efforts by expanding and adapting existing systems. Key technical duties include the administration and configuration of IT infrastructure utilizing Microsoft Servers and Clients, managing system updates, and monitoring network components such as Firewalls, Routers, and Switches. Candidates should possess a completed vocational qualification, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration or Application Development, and ideally bring professional experience from a clinical setting. Knowledge of VMWARE, Citrix, and Sharepoint is highly desirable.
