Job Summary

This role as an IT Service Technician specializing in Asset Management is critical for supporting managed services provided to industrial clients in Ingolstadt. Day-to-day responsibilities involve hands-on coordination and execution of hardware logistics, including physical transport, storage, and installation of devices. A major component of the job is maintaining accurate inventory through rigorous asset management, stock checks, and reconciliation (inventories). You will also be responsible for documenting all procedures and incidents using ITSM tools and customer database systems. Candidates must demonstrate experience with ticketing systems, a foundational understanding of Windows environments, and proficiency in using Excel formulas for data handling. Strong, professional communication skills are essential for direct customer interaction.
