Job Summary

This role as a Mobile Device Services Technician in Wolfsburg involves providing crucial on-site support for mobile devices within a major German vehicle manufacturer's client environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include the deployment and initial commissioning of various device types, such as iPhones, iPads, and Android devices. You will serve as the primary point of contact for users, offering personalized support both in the Mobility Shop and via the Mobility Hotline. Key operational tasks include SIM card and asset management, tracking order fulfillment, and delivering 2nd Level Support, encompassing software installations, operating system troubleshooting, and handling damage reports. Success in this position requires experience in customer service or order processing, coupled with strong knowledge of mobile device user support and proficiency with common smartphones.
