Job Summary

This role involves providing essential IT support and hardware management for a nationwide German service provider specializing in information and communication technology. The Rollout Technician will be responsible for the full lifecycle of IT equipment, including the installation, delivery, setup, dismantling, and relocation of hardware such as PCs, notebooks, and peripherals. Day-to-day activities include direct user support through floorwalking and service points, as well as remote support via telephone. Key qualifications include a completed vocational training in an IT-related field (e.g., IT Systems Integration Specialist or IT Systems Electronics Technician), strong knowledge of hardware and software, and professional experience interacting with end-users. This full-time position is based in Munich, offering regular working hours, flexible time accounts, and the potential for permanent employment after an initial temporary contract.
