Job Summary

The Microsoft Administrator role, based in Ingolstadt, focuses on maintaining and managing the vital retail IT infrastructure for a major retailer. Day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring the seamless operation of systems, performing infrastructure changes, and managing critical system documentation and knowledge transfer. A core aspect of the job is providing 2nd and 3rd Level support for Microsoft Servers, analyzing, and resolving incidents and problems.
