Job Summary

This role is an excellent opportunity for an IT Service Technician to provide crucial on-site client support for a major automotive manufacturer in Ingolstadt. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and resolving B/F (Break/Fix), IMAC (Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes), and H+E (Hardware and Equipment) tickets, as well as handling individual project assignments. The technician will be responsible for the comprehensive support of Windows clients, including workstations, laptops, and mobile devices, ensuring adherence to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Key qualifications include a completed technical IT education (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent), initial professional experience supporting Windows environments and MS Office software, and familiarity with current client hardware.
