Job Summary

Key daily tasks include comprehensive processing of user requests, covering everything from initial logging and detailed error analysis to developing and implementing effective solutions. Furthermore, the specialist will be responsible for essential client installation and administration, conducting user training sessions, and managing smaller internal projects, requiring strong collaboration across various technical and business departments. Candidates must possess a completed vocational qualification in IT (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) and initial professional experience in IT Service and Support. Strong German and English skills are required for effective communication.
