Job Summary

This role is centered on specialized field service, focusing on the expert maintenance, repair, and upgrading of crane systems and lifting equipment within the regional customer sites near Hagen. Key daily tasks include diagnosing complex mechanical and electrical faults, reliably resolving technical malfunctions, and determining the necessary spare parts for effective service. The Service Technician also acts as a competent on-site consultant for clients regarding equipment needs and upgrades. Candidates must possess a completed qualification as an Electrician or Mechatronics Technician, strong technical understanding, and manual dexterity. Essential prerequisites include proven experience with regional day assignments, a Class B license, and the ability to safely work at heights.
