As a Cyber Defense Expert, you will be instrumental in safeguarding the German railway group (DB Konzern) from evolving cyber threats. Your daily responsibilities will involve actively hunting for and responding to IT security incidents, leveraging your expertise in security analytics to process terabytes of data daily to detect anomalies. A key part of your role will be automating incident handling and enriching existing alarm types to enhance efficiency. You will also conduct digital forensics and reverse engineering to analyze attack tools and understand their mechanisms, while contributing to threat intelligence by exchanging indicators of suspicious behavior.
