Job Summary

This role is for an HR IT Governance & Program Management Specialist who will be instrumental in shaping the HR IT governance structure and driving the digitalization and automation of HR processes. The successful candidate will advise HR departments on emerging HR trends and innovations, contribute to the HR business capabilities, and define the HR IT target vision. Day-to-day tasks involve designing and managing the HR program and project roadmap, leading workshops, and providing hands-on coaching to project managers to ensure successful project delivery. This position requires a strong blend of HR, IT, and project management expertise, offering a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic team at the Federal Employment Agency's headquarters in Nuremberg, contributing to the strategic evolution of HR IT solutions.

Required Skills

Education

University degree or comparable qualification in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Business Informatics, or a comparable field

Experience

  • Long-term relevant professional experience
  • Professional experience in Human Resources Management and/or HR Operations or HR IT
  • Proven knowledge of relevant HR IT applications (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow)
  • Extensive experience with common project management methods (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI, SCRUM) and practical implementation in HR/HR IT programs/projects
