Job Summary

This role is a crucial opportunity for an experienced IT Systems Technician to join a successful IT service provider, focusing on delivering operational 2nd-level support for managed services. Day-to-day responsibilities include serving as the primary contact for 2nd-level support, managing and operating client and server systems, and maintaining applications both on-site at customer locations and within the data center. Key tasks also involve independently planning and executing new IT system installations and meticulously documenting all work performed. The ideal candidate must possess a completed IT apprenticeship or equivalent professional experience, coupled with multi-year experience in user support or 2nd-level IT projects. Required technical knowledge spans Client Networking, Microsoft Server, WLAN, Office 365, and Windows 10. The position is full-time, permanent (initially via temporary work agency with a strong option for permanent takeover), offering flat hierarchies, engaging projects, and significant freedom for personal initiative.

Required Skills

Education

Completed apprenticeship as IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Customer Consultant, IT Systems Electronics Technician, IT Systems Merchant, IT Service Technician, Information Electronics Technician, Industrial Systems Technician, IT Merchant, PC and Network Specialist, or comparable training.

Experience

  • Multi-year experience in user support or 2nd Level IT projects
  • Professional experience in the IT sector
