Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Client Solution Engineer based in Düsseldorf to manage and optimize complex IT infrastructure and endpoint systems. Day-to-day responsibilities involve monitoring service utilization and availability, performing comprehensive planning and integration of infrastructure services, and ensuring the robust operation and maintenance of systems. A key focus is on implementing backup, failure, and recovery tests, developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and optimizing support processes to efficiently resolve complex application, hardware, and software incidents. The ideal candidate possesses a completed qualification as an IT Specialist or equivalent, coupled with three years of practical experience managing operating systems and specific endpoint technologies such as MS Intunes, SCCM, or Flexera. Strong foundational knowledge in IT security standards (ISO 27001), networks, server systems, scripting, and the ITIL framework is essential for success. This position offers an initial temporary contract with the potential for permanent employment.
