Job Summary

This role involves supporting the network infrastructure of an industrial company located in Neckarsulm. As an IT Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing on-site services, managing the ticket queue, and executing 'Break & Fix' activities to ensure network stability. Key daily tasks include preparing, installing, and removing network components, managing network cabling, and handling inventory/lager administration. The position requires professional IT qualifications, knowledge of the network environment, and a structured, ticket-based approach to work. This is a full-time, permanent contract opportunity (initially through temporary employment with an option for permanent takeover), operating in a 3-shift system and requiring participation in on-call duties.
