Job Summary

This role involves providing dedicated 2nd Level Onsite Support for client workstations at a major automotive and commercial vehicle manufacturer located in Wolfsburg. Working within a team of specialists, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle support of client workplaces, focusing heavily on implementing software and hardware solutions within the production environment. Key daily tasks include providing application support for production software, performing detailed fault analyses, troubleshooting incidents, and managing tickets efficiently within the customer system. You will also be required to maintain system documentation and coordinate closely with the Remote Operation Center. The ideal candidate must possess an IT Specialist qualification in System Integration or equivalent, combined with deep knowledge of Windows systems, and practical experience in application support, incident management, and technical understanding of PC hardware, laptops, and networking components.
