Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Site Manager specializing in Plant Construction, focusing on irrigation, pump, and control systems. The core responsibility involves ensuring high-quality, customer-proximate service delivery through activities like system commissioning, functional checks, test runs, and measurements primarily conducted at customer locations within a 10-80km radius. The manager serves as the crucial interface between clients and internal project leadership, actively participating in project teams while managing risks and ensuring strict adherence to quality, cost, and scheduling targets. Ideal candidates possess training and experience in civil engineering/underground construction or extensive professional experience in plant construction site coordination.
