Job Summary

This role involves leading and developing the IT Infrastructure Support team, providing both disciplinary and technical guidance. Key responsibilities include fostering cross-cultural collaboration between regional and global IT support teams, ensuring the efficient operation and data security of the Germany-wide IT infrastructure, and strictly adhering to global IT strategies and regulatory requirements (such as DORA and GDPR). The Team Lead will manage disaster recovery planning, vulnerability and risk management, and oversee audit preparation and reporting. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, analytical abilities, and practical experience in IT infrastructure and security. Essential qualifications include a relevant IT degree or vocational training, experience with Microsoft products (Azure, M365), and familiarity with ITIL processes, ideally with certification.
