Job Summary

This role involves leading and developing crucial digital projects for the Rhein-Neckar Transport Association (VRN), focusing specifically on the Electronic Mobility Platform (EMP) and the myVRN mobile application. The Project Manager is responsible for the technical implementation and steering of digital media projects, including the VRN timetable information system for web and mobile. Key duties include coordinating external IT service providers, acting as the primary interface between clients, design/development teams, and third parties, and managing requirement analyses, concepts, timelines, budgets, and quality. You will be instrumental in the technical conceptualization and further development of existing mobility offerings, such as integrating bike-sharing and on-demand transport into the myVRN App. Candidates must possess a university degree or equivalent qualification, proven skills in professional project steering, knowledge of IT platforms and data flows, and familiarity with data analytics tools like Matomo.
