Metrology Technician, Quality Assurance | Messtechniker Qualitätssicherung (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role supports the Quality Assurance team by ensuring the reliable and efficient quality of products, contributing directly to the company's sustainable projects in the energy transition field. Key responsibilities include creating detailed inspection plans, analyzing technical drawings, and defining testing procedures. The technician will be responsible for programming and operating 3D Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) for complex workpieces. Furthermore, the role involves conducting comprehensive product testing, documenting results, evaluating deviations, and initiating corrective actions. A critical component is the independent organization and monitoring of all measuring and testing equipment management to maintain consistently high testing accuracy. Ideal candidates possess a technical background, further training in metrology or QA, and expertise in ISO GPS and structured reporting (e.g., 8D reports).
