Job Summary

This role is designed for a highly analytical Product Owner specializing in optimizing and managing New Product Introduction (NPI) processes, particularly focusing on device programming and testing within a major technology group. The core responsibility involves minimizing introduction times and costs for new products by optimizing plant processes. Day-to-day duties include creating and prioritizing the product backlog for firmware releases and NPI projects, ensuring timely implementation, and guaranteeing smooth product launches. The successful candidate will act as a critical coordinator, facilitating efficient communication between Development, Production, IT Security, and other departments. This position requires a strong technical background in embedded systems and firmware, including knowledge of cryptography, coupled with excellent negotiation and risk management skills to drive product improvements based on market analysis and customer feedback.
