Job Summary
This role seeks a passionate IT Support Specialist to join the international team of a prestigious law firm in Munich. The specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for all IT matters, providing expert hardware and software support to users within the office. Key daily responsibilities include collaborating with the global IT team to manage Windows, MS Office 365, and conference systems, administering telephony and Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems, and handling user account management and software installations. Furthermore, you will actively contribute to IT projects, inventory tracking, and procurement processes, working closely with the Operations team. Candidates must possess a completed IT qualification or at least three years of dedicated IT support experience, coupled with strong knowledge of Windows environments, MS Office 365, and proven experience utilizing VPN, document management, and ticketing systems.
