Job Summary

The IT Salesforce Architect will act as the primary expert for complex and deeply technical issues within the Salesforce platform, focusing on designing robust Customer Experience (CX) and CRM architectures for internal clients. Daily responsibilities include providing strategic consulting on the alignment and design of Salesforce-based IT architecture solutions, and taking ownership of the conception, implementation, and integration of the Salesforce platform into the existing IT landscape. A key focus is the conception and implementation of DevOps processes and tools, utilizing modern technology stacks such as Salesforce DX. The role also involves analyzing business processes, evaluating solution scalability and performance, and actively driving the continuous development of Salesforce competencies across the IT department and specialist divisions. This position requires specific hands-on implementation of requirements within the Salesforce Energy and Utilities Cloud and Omnistudio, supporting a major municipal service provider in Mönchengladbach.
