This role involves leading the Human Resources Payroll and Administration team, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll and managing various personnel matters. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of collective bargaining agreements and legal regulations specific to the public sector, handling complex payroll cases, and overseeing travel expense reports. Key responsibilities also include managing administrative processes for hirings, terminations, and promotions, as well as processing leave requests and other employee applications. This position is ideal for a professional with a strong background in public administration, excellent knowledge of public service collective agreements, and a keen eye for detail, offering an opportunity to contribute to a stable public sector environment.

Required Skills

Education

Diploma in Public Administration (Bachelor of Arts – Public Management or Bachelor of Arts – General Administration) or a degree in a course of study with a focus on administrative law (Bachelor/Diploma FH) or Certified Administrative Specialist (Verwaltungsfachwirt/in). Alternatively, for administrative assistants, the opportunity to complete the 'Verwaltungsfachwirt/in' training course with covered costs.
