Job Summary
The Hessische Zentrale für Datenverarbeitung (HZD), a full-service IT provider for the state of Hesse, is seeking a dedicated Commercial Specialist for License Management. In this crucial 50% part-time role, you will be instrumental in managing software contracts and licenses for over 80,000 IT workstations across the Hessian state administration. Working collaboratively with your team, you will ensure the continuous and legally compliant administration of software assets using the Snow Software Asset Management (SAM) tool. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to ensuring cost-effective and legally sound licensing practices. If you possess a background in business administration, have experience with license and contract management, and are proficient with SAM tools, this role offers a stable and impactful opportunity within a public sector IT environment.
Required Skills
Education
University degree in Business Administration or a comparable field, or equivalent knowledge.

- Professional experience in license and contract management
- Experience in procurement
