Job Summary

This role is pivotal in driving the digital transformation and AI strategy within the Finance team at the Dresden transformer plant, optimizing critical financial processes across the MPT cluster (Linz, Trento, Dresden). The specialist will actively shape the future viability of the organization by building competencies in applied AI and automation. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing proprietary AI models, such as chatbots, digitizing and automating financial workflows, and creating robust data visualizations. Key tasks also involve maintaining tools and database solutions (Frontend/Backend) and serving as an SAP Key User for FI/CO during the S4 introduction. Candidates must hold a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or Mathematics, coupled with practical experience in AI, Machine Learning, databases, SAP, BI tools, and Low-Code platforms. Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, Java, C++, R) and familiarity with ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and cloud platforms like AWS are essential, alongside fluent German and good English skills.
