Job Summary

This IT Operations Engineer role focuses on the administration, operation, and continuous development of the corporate Microsoft 365 environment. Key responsibilities include managing core services such as Exchange Online (mailflow and policies), Microsoft Teams (governance and integration), SharePoint Online (structure and document management), and OneDrive for Business (synchronization and security). The ideal candidate must possess an IT-related degree or vocational qualification and several years of professional experience supporting complex IT systems. Essential technical expertise includes hands-on knowledge of configuring and supporting Microsoft 365 products, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, and robust administration skills for Windows Server systems, including Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
