Job Summary

This specialist role focuses on the administration and support of specialized IT applications critical to the social welfare sector, specifically systems like Connext NG, PEP/PD, and Daarwin QM-Center. Key responsibilities include providing 1st and 2nd-level support, resolving complex software issues, configuring applications, and coordinating updates and release changes with external software vendors. The position requires analyzing functional requirements from departments covering care, personnel, and quality management, and translating these needs into technical implementations. Candidates must hold a degree or qualification in (Business) Informatics, Social Management with IT affinity, or a comparable field, coupled with practical experience supporting specialized social welfare software and proficiency in relational databases such as MS SQL.   • Experience with analyzing technical requirements derived from specialist departments
  • Experience with software testing, release planning, or training concepts (Desirable)
