Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Field Service Technician responsible for the global setup, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of specialized punching, cutting, and winding machinery. Key daily tasks involve performing installations and customer acceptance tests both at the Siek facility and worldwide customer sites. You will conduct technical problem analysis, implement creative and pragmatic solutions, and actively advise clients on service products and production optimization. Furthermore, the role includes training customer operating personnel and other internal service technicians. Candidates must possess a completed technical qualification in Electronics or Mechatronics, coupled with 1-3 years of professional experience, ideally within international after-sales service. The position requires strong customer orientation, reliability under pressure, and a high commitment to quality and continuous improvement, offering a permanent contract, flexible working models, and extensive mentorship-based training.
