Job Summary

This full-time, permanent position in Frankfurt am Main seeks an IT Rollout Technician to provide dedicated 1st-Level support to German and English-speaking users, both within the TechLounge and during floorwalks. The core responsibilities include managing the entire ticketing lifecycle, primarily using ServiceNow (SNOW), analyzing and documenting errors, and resolving issues based on existing knowledge bases. The technician will be responsible for comprehensive hardware support across Windows 10/11 notebooks, macOS MacBooks, and iOS devices (iPhone/iPad, including BYOD). Key software support areas cover MS Office 365, Citrix VDI, and Bitlocker. A critical component of the role involves Device and User Management within Azure and Intune. Success in this role requires strong technical knowledge in Windows environments, Active Directory, VPN/networking, and excellent communication skills in both German and English, coupled with a customer- and solution-oriented approach.
