Job Summary

This role involves providing essential onsite IT support and managing core IT processes for a commercial vehicle manufacturer in Braunschweig. The Onsite IT Process Technician will be responsible for the full lifecycle of client hardware (desktops, notebooks, tablets, mobile scanners), including installation, configuration, repair processing, and troubleshooting both remotely and onsite. A key component of the role is process management, requiring the coordination of schedules, resources, and work packages, and implementing process changes within the IT operation, ideally following ITIL standards. Candidates must possess a completed IT vocational qualification (such as IT Specialist for System Integration or IT System Electronics Technician), detailed knowledge of Microsoft Client applications (Windows, MS Office), and strong professional experience in 1st and 2nd Level Support. The position offers predictable working hours and a diverse set of tasks within an international environment.
