Job Summary

This pivotal role requires an IT professional to act as a dedicated Key User for the Hospital Information System (KIS). The consultant will be deeply involved in the entire software lifecycle, supporting implementation, driving further development, and ensuring workflows are properly adapted to system changes. A core responsibility is serving as the primary interface between clinical and administrative departments and the central IT team. Daily tasks involve hands-on system configuration, supporting updates, and continuously maintaining operational parameters, forms, reports, and critical templates such as prescription and medication schemas. Success in this position requires a deep, holistic understanding of clinical and administrative processes, strong IT affinity, and exceptional organizational talent.
