Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced electronics professional, potentially a Master Craftsman or Technician, looking to step into or advance within production management, specifically as a Value Stream Leader in electronics manufacturing. The core focus is the technical and disciplinary leadership of a production area, currently managing a team of 25 employees with potential for growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading, motivating, and coaching the team to achieve optimal production results, monitored by key performance indicators (KPIs) like volume, quality, efficiency, and delivery reliability. The leader will drive continuous improvement (KVP/5S), optimize production capacities and resource utilization, minimize costs, and ensure adherence to safety and compliance guidelines. Success requires a strong 'hands-on' mentality, proven leadership experience, and the ability to implement productivity-enhancing systems and processes, working closely with Industrial Engineering.
