This role is designed for a motivated IT professional, ideally someone who has recently completed their qualification as an IT Specialist for System Integration, eager to join a supportive IT team within a leading family-run company. The core mission is to maintain and enhance the IT infrastructure supporting 160 employees across 22 German locations. Day-to-day responsibilities include comprehensive system maintenance, troubleshooting, and error analysis to reduce disruptions. You will be responsible for setting up user accounts, access rights, and IT workstations in both On-Premise and Microsoft 365 environments. A significant part of the job involves optimizing and automating processes using scripting (like PowerShell) and Group Policy Objects (GPOs), ensuring system availability and implementing IT security measures.
