Job Summary
This role involves leading, developing, and organizing the specialized Legal and Procurement Staff Unit for Stadtwerke Leer AöR, a public utility providing essential water, sewage, and public services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal advice to staff on procurement law matters, ensuring all procedures are lawful and economical, and conducting pre- and final checks of procurement processes. Key duties also include managing legal disputes, conducting general legal reviews of organizational documents (statutes, contracts, agreements), and assisting with strategic projects to prepare legally sound decisions. Candidates must possess a strong background in administrative or legal sciences and proven experience in litigation and drafting legal opinions. This is a full-time, initially fixed-term two-year position, offering a diverse and challenging role within the public service sector.

Successful completion of Administrative Specialist Certification (Angestelltenprüfung II) or a degree in Administrative or Legal Sciences
