Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced IT Technician to join a market-leading IT solutions and service management firm in Augsburg. The core responsibilities involve delivering comprehensive IT services to a major corporate client, focusing heavily on end-user support. Day-to-day tasks include performing essential hardware rollouts, managing workplace services, and providing critical onsite support for roughly 3000 Windows clients. You will also be responsible for managing IT inventory stock and handling goods shipment processes, alongside troubleshooting hardware issues at the dedicated Service Point. The ideal candidate possesses a formal IT qualification, detailed knowledge of modern Windows operating systems, and practical experience with network environments, including switching and Layer 1-3 concepts. Strong German and good English skills are mandatory, along with a Class B driving license.
