Job Summary

This role as an Onsite IT Service Technician in Hamburg places you at the forefront of IT solutions for a market-leading company. Day-to-day responsibilities include the installation and configuration of hardware and software, independent analysis of IT faults, and providing crucial 2nd Level Support directly to customers onsite. You will be responsible for addressing technical support inquiries, developing effective solutions for IT challenges, and systematically documenting all work steps, particularly focusing on Windows Client, printer, network, and telecommunications issues. To succeed, you must possess formal IT training or equivalent prior experience in IT support, coupled with profound knowledge of current Windows operating systems and initial experience in networking. The position requires fluent German and good English proficiency.
