This role involves owning the full physical design cycle of large-scale SoCs, from netlist to tape-out, ensuring adherence to strict schedules and design goals. Key responsibilities include block-level Place & Route (PnR), floor-planning, clock and power distribution, static timing closure, and power/noise analysis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with commercial PnR tools, strong scripting skills, and a deep understanding of physical design methodologies in deep sub-micron technology.
