Job Summary
This is a full-time, permanent position within the Building Construction and Facility Services department for the city of Treffurt, focusing on municipal high-rise building projects. The successful candidate will manage the entire project lifecycle, including planning, steering, tendering, monitoring, and settling accounts for both new construction and maintenance measures. A core responsibility involves detailed coordination with various stakeholders, such as architects, specialist planners, construction companies, and funding bodies, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines, costs, and quality standards. Furthermore, the role requires drafting complex engineering and fee contracts, executing necessary public procurement procedures, and preparing detailed cost estimates and reports for municipal budget planning, including tasks related to communal heating planning. Candidates must hold a degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field, or possess equivalent qualifications as a state-certified technician with substantial professional experience, coupled with expert knowledge of German public procurement regulations (VOB, HOAI, VgV, etc.).

Completed Bachelor, Master, or Diplom degree in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or a comparable technical-engineering field, OR State-certified Technician qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in planning, steering, and monitoring municipal construction projects
- Several years of professional experience in high-rise building construction (desirable)
- Long-term professional experience in comparable activities (required for state-certified technicians)
- Expert knowledge of VOB and public procurement regulations (HOAI, VgV, UVgO, ThürVgG, ThürVVöA)
