Job Summary

This role is for an IT Deployment Technician based in Salzgitter, supporting a market-leading company specializing in comprehensive IT solutions and service management. The core responsibilities include the hands-on delivery, installation, and commissioning of IT devices at customer sites. Day-to-day tasks involve configuring hardware, performing critical data migration from legacy devices, monitoring processes within customer systems, and meticulously documenting all orders and equipment status using a ticketing system. The technician will also provide support for various projects and undertake occasional business travel. Key qualifications required are a completed IT vocational training or equivalent, proven professional experience in on-site service or user support, and strong working knowledge of Windows operating systems (10 and 11) and MS Office.
