Job Summary

This role is ideal for a customer-focused and structured IT professional looking for stability and innovation within a market leader in Managed Services, located in Donauwörth. As an Onsite IT Support Technician, you will be the direct point of contact for end-users, handling a variety of IT support requests including B/F (Break/Fix), IMAC (Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes), and H+E (Hardware and Equipment) tickets. Day-to-day tasks involve providing 2nd Level Support directly at the customer site, implementing individual project assignments, and applying standard applications to deliver solutions for Windows Clients, printers, networking, and IP telephony. Key qualifications include practical experience with common Office and Adobe applications, strong knowledge of current operating systems (especially Windows), and extensive hardware expertise (PC, notebooks, IP telephony). The position offers a long-term perspective with the option for permanent employment after an initial temporary contract.
