Job Summary
This role seeks an IT expert to serve as the crucial link between users and technology, translating complex computer problems into understandable language and delivering creative solutions for daily system challenges. As a 1st Level IT Service Technician, you will be responsible for resolving IT issues, managing support tickets, and providing on-site assistance to users regarding hardware and software inquiries. Key responsibilities include deploying programs via software distribution, participating in IT projects, and maintaining computers, printers, mobile devices, and network components. The ideal candidate must possess an IT qualification, proven experience in IT support, and proficiency in Windows, Active Directory, Office 365, and networking.
