Job Summary

This role is ideal for a skilled IT Technician specializing in Onsite Support, ready to join a leading Managed Services company in Augsburg. The core responsibilities involve efficiently handling and resolving IT problems, including managing support tickets across Incident, Service Request, IMAC, and Break & Fix categories. Day-to-day tasks include performing warranty repairs on desktops, notebooks, and tablets, installing operating systems and software both remotely and directly onsite, and providing remote support to customer locations. Candidates must possess demonstrable technical experience in field service, user support, and 2nd Level Support. Essential technical knowledge includes proficiency with Windows Client Operating Systems, particularly Windows 10/11, and experience administering Windows workstations and laptops, along with handling client peripherals and mobile devices. This full-time position offers a long-term employment perspective, 30 days of annual leave, and predictable working hours within an internationally oriented environment.
