Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Onsite IT Technician in Düren, joining a market-leading company specializing in comprehensive IT solutions and service management, including Cloud Services and Outsourcing. The core responsibility involves providing essential IT support, both remotely and onsite, with a focus on analyzing and resolving IT disruptions within network and printer environments. Key daily tasks include managing assets, clients, and Active Directory, maintaining the Microsoft 365 environment, handling customer service requests, configuring IT workstations, and conducting user training on new hardware and software. Candidates must possess a completed qualification, such as an IT Specialist degree or equivalent, combined with professional experience in onsite IT support.
