Job Summary

This role involves serving as an IT Deployment Technician in Nuremberg for a market-leading IT solutions and service management company. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle of end-user devices, including delivery, setup, installation, and configuration. Key daily tasks include performing data migration from old devices, documenting all orders and equipment within a ticketing system, coordinating assignments with customers, and scheduling appointments with end-users. This position requires a completed IT apprenticeship or equivalent qualification, professional experience in on-site service or user support, and knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10 and 11) and MS Office.
