Job Summary

This role is for an Onsite IT Service Technician specializing in Second Level Support for a company in the vehicle industry located in Braunschweig. The primary responsibilities involve hands-on hardware repair for devices such as desktops, notebooks, tablets, and mobile scanners, alongside performing essential software and operating system installations. The technician will be crucial in providing direct, personalized user support at the Service Point and resolving technical disturbances both remotely and onsite, covering 1st and 2nd level issues. Candidates must possess a successfully completed vocational qualification, such as an IT Specialist in System Integration or IT System Electronics Technician, coupled with practical experience managing user support and utilizing ticketing systems. Essential technical knowledge includes proficiency in supporting Windows 10 and MS Office applications. The position offers high job security with a long-term perspective, predictable working hours, and requires good German language skills and a Class B driving license.
