Job Summary

This role is for a motivated IT Service Technician specializing in Onsite Support, based in Stade, Germany, working for a leading European IT company providing comprehensive IT and e-commerce solutions. The technician will be responsible for the installation and configuration of hardware and software solutions, independently analyzing and resolving complex IT landscape disruptions, and providing 2nd-Level Support, particularly in production-related environments. Key daily tasks include incident handling, troubleshooting, and answering technical inquiries from customers. The successful candidate must possess a completed technical education (e.g., IT System Electronics Specialist), extensive knowledge of Windows 10 & 11 Enterprise, system log analysis, and network fundamentals (IP networking, BitLocker).
