Job Summary

This role involves supporting the Head of Production by planning, supervising, and executing production runs, focusing on highly specialized semiconductor substrates and wafer manufacturing. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem-solver responsible for identifying opportunities and driving improvements in productivity, occupational safety, and quality assurance processes. Key responsibilities include hands-on involvement in the entire wafer manufacturing process, from raw crystal to finished substrate, and developing innovative projects, processes, and equipment alongside a dedicated team. Candidates should possess a background in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Production Technology, coupled with initial experience in production or wafer manufacturing, strong communication skills, and proficiency in operating machinery and computer systems.
