Job Summary

This critical role involves leading and coordinating security incident response activities across all geographical regions, ensuring swift communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to rapidly mitigate security threats. A core responsibility is ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements and international security standards pertinent to the banking environment, such as BaFin, GDPR, DORA, and PCI DSS. The Lead will drive continuous improvement of incident response strategies and processes based on the latest threat intelligence, including implementing automation solutions for efficient incident handling. The ideal candidate must possess a degree in IT Security or a related field, coupled with extensive professional experience in incident management, preferably within the highly regulated financial sector.
