Job Summary
This key role involves coordinating and managing enterprise-wide document management processes, focusing heavily on optimizing input and output management strategies for a major health insurance provider. The coordinator will be responsible for aligning processes, managing interfaces with internal process management teams, and actively participating as a subject matter expert/consultant in internal expert groups. Day-to-day tasks include project planning coordination, handling inquiries between specialist departments and the IT division, and representing the company's interests externally with service providers. Candidates must possess a strong technical understanding, analytical thinking skills, and the ability to handle conceptual work and documentation effectively. This position offers the opportunity to drive efficiency and quality in corporate communication processes within a flexible work environment and on a permanent contract.

Completed training as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker)
Experience
- Several years of professional experience working with Document Management Systems
- Ideally, experience with SAP oscare®
